A Celebration of Life service for James Eddie McLemore, 70 of Corinth is set for Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 11am at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with burial in Henry Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 from 5pm-8pm and Tuesday, December 19, 2017 from 10am until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home. Born October 2, 1947 in Corinth, MS., he worked at TVM making black powder muzzleloaders and he retired from Dana as a machinist with 28 years of service. James was an avid hunter and fisherman and a gun enthusiast. He enjoyed drag racing and spending time with his grandchildren. James is survived by his wife of 42 years, Dianne McLemore of Corinth; son, Anthony McLemore and wife Glenda of Glen; daughter, Toni McCalister of Corinth; 9 grandchildren, Kayla White and husband Coby, Jacob McCalister, Taylor McLemore, C. J. McLemore, Maddy McLemore, Brandon Turner, Prentiss Turner, Lucas Turner and Jackson Turner; 2 great grandchildren, Madelyn White and Charlie Brooke White; sister, Sheila Kay Davis and husband Tommy of Corinth; other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his son, Brandon McLemore; father, James Willis McLemore and mother, Essie Etoil McAnally McLemore . Pallbearers will be Jacob McCalister, Taylor McLemore, C. J. McLemore, Brandon Turner, Prentiss Turner, Lucas Turner, Jackson Turner and Terry McCalister. Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Garner, Tommy Davis, Bill Stevens, Bradley Rorie, Tommy Irwin and Bo Huggins. Tommy Irwin and Bro. James Voyles will officiate the service.
