Funeral services for Inez Wilson, 92 of Rienzi are set for Friday, May 24, 2024 at 2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home - SOUTH on HWY 45 South with interment in Boonville Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, May 24, 2024 from 12pm-2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home - SOUTH. Bro. Donnie Davis will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Jeff Palmer, Josh Owens, Brad Bishop, Brooks Bishop, Christopher Bishop, Jonathan Bishop and Jack Bishop. Born October 25, 1931 in Booneville, MS, Mrs. Wilson passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at her home in Rienzi. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Central Baptist Church. Inez was a retired factory worker who loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed working in the yard, mowing, working in her flower garden, traveling and having her own garden to grow things, especially tomatoes. Inez is survived by her husband of 22 years, Bro. Frank Wilson; her sons, Bobby Bishop and wife Connie, Ricky Bishop and wife Shelia, David Bishop and wife Patti and Johnny Bishop; daughter, Peggy Palmer; 8 grandchildren, Jeff Palmer (Kim), BeLynda Owens (Jerry), Jennifer Bishop Haines, Christopher Bishop, Jonathan Bishop, Bradley Bishop (Lindsay), Brooks Bishop (Hannah) and Jack Bishop; 9 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; brother, Fred Barnes; other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her 1st husband and father of her children, George Bishop; parents, Shelby and Angie Butler Barnes; and her son-in-law, Charles "Perk" Palmer.
