Ida Evelyn Baswell

Ida Evelyn Baswell passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at her home at the age of 85. She was born May 27, 1927 in Ashland, MS. Mrs. Baswell was a homemaker and a member of Snowdown Church of Christ. Visitation will be Thursday, April 11, 2013 starting at 5:00pm and going until Friday, April 12, 2013 at 11:00am at Snowdown Church of Christ. Burial will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery. Funeral service will be Friday, April 12, 2013 @ 11:00am at Snowdown Church of Christ with Minister Travis Smith and Minister Donald Green officiating. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Calvary, Steve Legette, Johnathan Baswell, Harley Smith, Ray Lambert and Scott Baswell. She is survived by her sons: Johnny Baswell and wife Julie, Hubert Baswell and wife Jeanine, Billy Baswell and wife Shirley and Jackie Baswell and wife Kay; her 15 grandchildren: Angela Helms, Tina Baswell, Dana Bailey and husband Donnie, Bobbie Jo Baswell, Johnathan Baswell, Brian Baswell, Billy Wayne Baswell, Amy Peacher and husband David, Rachel Jeffries and husband Steven, Scott Baswell, Shannon Baswell, Harley Smith, Heather Starling, Miranda Williford, Dana Charles Kaledo; her 20 great grandchildren; her daughter-in-law, Lynn Baswell and her sister, Helen Smith. She is preceded in death by her husband Hershel Baswell; her son: Bobby Baswell; her father, Arnold Smith; her mother, Edith Odell Morgan Smith; her sisters, Rita Rinehart, Clarise Smith and Jean Smith.
