Howell Eugene Morelock

Howell Eugene Morelock, 81 of Corinth, MS passed away at his home on Thursday, December 28, 2017. A Celebration of his life service will be held on Sunday, December 31, 2017 at 2:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Hinkle Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 5:00pm-8:00pm and Sunday, December 31, 2017 from 1:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home. Born November 11, 1936 in Corinth, MS., Mr. Morelock was a clerk at Biggers Hardware for over 44 years. He loved being around people and working at Biggers and he truly enjoyed his building projects that he did with his son. He is of the Pentecostal faith. Mr. Morelock is survived by his son, Steve Morelock and wife Dana of Corinth; brothers, Howard Morelock and wife Eunice of Rienzi and Barrion Morelock and wife Mary of Corinth; special friend, Ester Switcher; other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his wife , Ann Wicks Morelock; father, James Harry Morelock; mother, Gladys Bragg Morelock and a brother, O'Neal Morelock. Rev. Charles Cooper will officiate the service.
