A Celebration of Life service for Hershel Shane Lindsey, 48 of Corinth, MS, will be Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 11:00 A M at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with interment to follow at Wheeler Grove Cemetery. Rev. Josh Hodum will officiate the service. Visitation will be Friday, June 4, 2021 from 5:00 P M to 8:00 P M and Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 10:00 A M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Mr. Lindsey passed away Monday, May 10, 2021 in Booneville, MS. He was born March 29, 1973 in Corinth, MS to Wayne Lindsey and Mary Jane Hodum Lindsey Ford. He was a construction worker and a member of Wheeler Grove Baptist Church. Shane is survived by his wife, Tiffany Kennedy Lindsey of Corpus Christi, TX; his daughters, Amanda Cannon (Skylar) of Corinth, MS, Taylor Smith (Morgan Nickols) of Corinth, MS and Rosalyn Bernice Lindsey of Corpus Christi, TX; 5 grandchildren, Tull Cannon, Tate Cannon, Brayden Donahue, Ava Reese Donahue and Brylan Donahue; his father, Wayne Lindsey (Bonnie) of Rienzi, MS; his mother, Mary Jane Ford of Corinth, MS; his brother, Cory Lindsey (Cheyenne) of Corinth, MS; his sisters, Michele Hancock (Craig) of Rienzi, MS and Teresa Thrasher (Jeremy) of Rienzi, MS; his maternal grandfather, Hershel Hodum of Rienzi, MS; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Milton Lee and Louise Lindsey and his maternal grandmother, Rosa Bernice Hodum. Pallbearers will be James Ford, Greg Ford, Michael Crum, Billy Crum, Darren Cummings, David Crum, Aaron Crum and Keith Powers.
