Haley Montgomery

A Celebration of Life service for Haley Patricia Montgomery, 14 of Walnut, MS, will be Friday, September 4, 2020 at 2:00 PM at New Covenant Christian Assembly Church in Falkner, MS with interment to follow at New Covenant Christian Assembly Church Cemetery. Bro. Titus Mathis, Bro. Chad Bateman and Bro. Terry Vuncannon will officiate the service. Visitation will be Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 6:00 PM until service time at New Covenant Christian Assembly Church. MS. Montgomery passed away Monday, August 31, 2020 at LeBonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN. She was born February 2, 2006 in Corinth, MS to Timothy Edward Montgomery and Brandy Nichole Robertson Montgomery. She was an 8th grade student at Chalybeate Elementary School. She was of the non-denominational faith and was a member of New Covenant Christian Assembly. Haley loved trips to the Smoky Mountains, dirt track races and playing with her pet rabbit, Bronson. She loved going to school, where she never missed a day and spending time with her friends. Haley is survived by her father, Timothy Edward Montgomery of Walnut, MS; her mother, Brandy Nichole Robertson Montgomery of Walnut, MS; her brother, Tyler Edward Montgomery of Walnut, MS; her maternal grandfather, Dale Robertson (Keely) of Falkner, MS; her paternal grandmother, Frances Montgomery of Walnut, MS; her aunts and uncles, Wendy Bryant (Junior), Kirby Robertson, Johnny "Butch" Montgomery and L.H. "Buster" Montgomery (Judy); her lifetime friend and cousin, Dawson Britt; other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Montana Robertson; her maternal grandmother, Patricia Garrett Robertson and her paternal grandfather, Thomas Edward Montgomery. Pallbearers will be the faculty of Chalybeate Elementary School.
