Funeral services for Greg Jones, 44 of Walnut, MS are set for Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 2:00pm at Hatchie Chapel Church with interment in the church cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 from 6:00pm- 9:00pm and Thursday, September 10, 2020 from 12:00pm until service time at Hatchie Chapel. Born February 15, 1976 in Corinth, MS., Greg passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2020 in Alcorn County, MS. Greg was a saw mill operator and of the Pentecostal faith. Greg is survived by his wife Kim "Nikki" Fortner of Walnut; mother, Peggy Johnson and husband Greg of Glen, MS ; father, Bobby Jones and wife Glenda of Ripley, MS; son, Owen Wayne Jones of Walnut, MS; daughters, Jayce Jones , Callee Jones both of Ripley, MS and Halie Haisch of Tiplersville, MS; 5 grandchildren, Brylen Null, Braxton Null, Brenton Null, Hadleigh Graves and Braeleigh Haisch; sisters, Angela Frazier and husband Shawn of Blue Mountain, MS ; Sandra Jones and husband Steve of Walnut, MS; brothers, Joshua Rorie of Ripley, MS and Brandon Woomack of Oregon; step brother, Brandon Johnson of Corinth, MS.; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends. Pallbearers will be Shawn Frazier, Josh Russell, Alan Fortner, Steven Graves, Shawn Mullins, Jimmy Drewery, Gary Lee Humbers and Richard Caden. Bro. Trent Nethery, Jr. and Rev.
