Gladys Jones Mullins Gladys Ruby Nichols Jones Mullins passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, MS. Visitation is Saturday, November 16, 2013 from 5:00pm -8:00pm and Sunday, November 17, 2013 from 1:00pm until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home and funeral service will be on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at 2:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, with Pastor Warren Jones officiating. Born November 15, 1923 in Guys, TN, Gladys was a Christian and well known for her generous heart. Anyone that knew her was aware of her love of tending her gardens. She lived in Shiloh, Savannah, Portland, Oregon, and Missouri, but spent most of her life in Corinth, Ms. As a young Army war bride she worked at Firestone Tire factory in Memphis. She later was a homemaker and had seven children. She was preceded in death by her parents, Effie Leona Wren Nichols and Neut Nichols: sons, Harold Ray Jones, Billy Clyde Jones: daughter, Lorene Jones: grandson, Benjamin Blake Ginn: husband and father of her children, Gradie Jones and her sister, Cordie Nichols. Survivors include her sons: Elbert (Beebop) Jones and wife Tammy of Corinth, Jerry Jones and wife Angie of Glen; Daughters, Bettie Ginn of Corinth, Barbara Rogers and husband Colonel (ret.)Ronnie of Brandon, MS; Ten surviving grandchildren, Bryant Ginn and wife Carla, Eastview, Tn., Byron Ginn and wife Katey, Kossuth, Elizabeth Collins and husband SFC Benjamin, Muncie, Indiana, Captain John August Rogers and wife Laura, Tacoma, Wa. Jessica and Lindsey Jones, Corinth, Justin Jones, Jeremy Jones and wife Haley, Booneville. Gabriele and Devin Jones, Corinth. Eight great grandchildren Seth, Anna and Josh Ginn, Jackson Ginn, Madaline Jones, Emmie Jones, Briley Huff, and Oliver Collins: her brother, Jimmy Nichols and wife Shirley of Iuka, MS.
