Gerry D. Dilworth passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, MS at the age of 74.
Mr. Dilworth was born July 26, 1937 in Corinth, MS to the late Mark John and Zelma Farris Dilworth. He was a retired instrument mechanic for Counce Paper mill with over 30 years of service. He was a member of Unity Baptist Church and a deacon for 25 years. He was a loving husband and a wonderful father, grandfather and great grandfather. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and he was very talented at repairing everything and enjoyed doing so for all his friends. One of Mr. Gerry’s Christian trademarks was his response to the often asked question of “How are you doing?”. In his baritone voice he would always respond “Very Well, Thank You.”
He is survived by his son: Marty Dilworth and wife Robin – Corinth, MS

Grandchildren: Ashley Dilworth, Joshua Dilworth

Sisters: Paulette Derrick and husband Ray- Rienzi, MS; Lenora Laing – Ft. Pierce, FL
