George Hale

Graveside services for George Hale, 75 of Michie, TN are set for Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 2:00pm at Jerusalem Church of Christ Cemetery with Minister Jerry Childs officiating the service. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 11:30am until 1:30pm at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel. Born March 22, 1946 in Corinth, MS, George was a retired engineer for General Electric/Monogram Refrigeration. He graduated from Biggersville High School and attended Victoria Community College in Victoria, TX. George served six years in the Army National Guard in Corinth, MS. He loved riding his Harley, fishing, going to flea markets and spending time with his family and friends. George is survived by his wife of 53 years, Annie Hale of Michie; son, Patrick Hale and fiancée Sandie Null of Corinth; daughter, Sherry Hale Beard of Booneville; 3 grandchildren, Cameron Beard (Jana), Bailey Beard Miles (Whitley)and Miranda Hale; 4 great-grandchildren, Greyson Hale, Khayson Hale, Karley Brooke Miles and Lynlee Miles; sister, Catherine Jackson (Jimmie) of Lexington, TN; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his infant son, George Gregory Hale; father, Millard Hale; mother, Rebecca O’Kelly Hale; brothers, Harvey Hale, Horace Hale and Gene Hale and his beloved dog, Harley Davidson. Pallbearers will be Chris Beard, Cameron Beard, Whitley Miles, Toby Beene, Ronnie Cornelius and Patrick Hale.
