Fredalene Bass Wilbanks, 57, of Walnut, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN. Funeral Services are set for 2:00pm Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at Bethlehem Baptist Church with interment in Community Pentecostal Church Cemetery. Visitation will from 5:00pm-9:00pm Monday, February 8, 2016 and 12:00 noon until service time Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Bro. Ronald Wilbanks, Bro. Joe Spencer and Bro. Trent Nethery will officiate the service. Born April 28, 1958, she worked until her retirement as a Teacher’s Assistant at Kossuth Elementry School. Fredalene enjoyed gardening, cooking, and eating the fruit of her labors. She always displayed a positive outlook on life and even during her illness was quoted as saying “can’t keep a good gal down”. She enjoyed spending time with her Bethlehem Baptist Church family and singing with the Bethlehem Singers. She always looked forward to her trips to the Smoky Mountains to visit her sister. She loved all her family, especially her “grandbabies”. Survivors include: Daughters: Denise Joyner (Paul) of Walnut, MS; Ashley Clark (James) of Walnut, MS; Trina Killough of Corinth, MS; Grandchildren: Chesne Joyner, Aniston Joyner and Kameron Clark Brother: Butch Bass (Brenda) of Walnut, MS. Sister: Brenda Box (Jimmy) of Greenville, TN. Brothers-in-law: Bro. Ronald Wilbanks (Teresa) of Walnut, MS; Grady Wilbanks (Vicki) of Walnut, MS. Sisters-in-law: Rhonda Bass of Walnut, MS; Darlene Orman (Jim) of Walnut, MS. Special Friends: Vickie Dillingham Buford, Ashley Russell Meeks, Ruth Bailey, Dean Crum, Jerome Crum and The Bethlehem Singers.
