Franklin D. “Frank” Clark, Sr., 86, of Michie, TN, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Corinth, MS on October 27, 1933 to the late W. O. and Ella Clark and graduated from Farmington High School in 1953. Frank served his country in the US Army during the Korean War and retired after 23 years of service at ITT as a industrial maintenance supervisor. He was of the Baptist faith and was a fan of the Saint Louis Cardinals. Frank enjoyed gardening, camping and fishing but his greatest love was his family. Due to the pandemic and out of concern for the extended family and friends, visitation and services will be private. Interment will be in Clark Family Cemetery. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Frank’s memory include his daughter: Rhonda Tennyson and husband Dale of Corinth; his son: Dale Clark and wife Jada of Lakeland, TN; his grandchildren: Jennifer Earles and husband Aaron, Rindi Wells and husband Adam, Sydney Clark, and Colin Clark; his great grandchild: Zane Wells; his special friend: Carolyn Garrett of Michie, TN; his sister: Lois Dickey of Saltillo, MS; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years: Marcella Busby Clark; his brothers: Jack Clark (Geraldine), Thomas Clark, Willie Clark (Irene), and Gene Clark (Lilly Belle); his sisters: Lillie Mae Merryman (Roy Lee), and Mary Lou Childers (Hugh); and by his brother-in-law: Wilford Dickey.
