Eva Mae Ammons, 67, of Ripley, passed away at her residence surrounded by her family on Friday, January 27, 2017. She was born August 26, 1949 to the late Ike Crum and Lovina Rogers Williams in Earle, Ar. She worked in landscaping for J&T construction. She was of the Baptist Faith and member of North Corinth Baptist Church. A celebration of her life is set for 2:00pm, Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with Bro. Donnie Davis and Bro. Richard Wells officiating the service. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 12:00 noon until service time on Tuesday. Interment will follow in Shiloh Methodist Cemetery in Tippah County. Those left to hold Eva in memory include her daughters, Martha Eaton (Jackie) of Alcorn County, MS; Lillian Joyner (Chad) of Corinth, MS; Jean Cunningham of Ripley, MS; nine grandchildren, Michelle Jones, Cody Eaton, Christopher Joyner (Priscilla), Elisha Eaton, Brandon Joyner, Cheyenne Joyner, Dustin Cunningham, Shaina Joyner and Dylan Cunningham; two great-grandchildren, Terri-Ann Robinson and Brandon Keith Vernon; five brothers, Bester Crum of Corinth; Junior Crum (Rita) of Corinth; Danny Williams (Kathy) of Savannah, TN; Daniel Williams (Kim) of Corinth, MS; Bobby Williams of Corinth, MS; one sister, Maggie Hastings (J.R.) of Corinth, MS; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friendS. Those who preceded her in death include her husband of 16 years, Gerald Ammons; grandchild, Terry Eaton; brother, Clifford Crum; sister, Dimple Elam; and her father and mother.
