Dorothy Marie Stanton

Dorothy Marie Tarr Stanton, 91 of Corinth, MS died Monday, August 10, 2015 at Dogwood Plantation in Corinth, MS. Mrs. Stanton was born March 9, 1924 in Tulsa, OK. She was a retired aircraft planner for Boeing with 26 years of service and a member of St. Pauls Episcopal Church. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Dallas, TX. Mrs. Stanton is survived by her son, James Monte Stanton and wife Diane of Dallas, TX; her daughter, Jerrie Rinehart and husband David of Rienzi, MS; 4 grandchildren, Jennifer Hargrave and husband Jeffrey, Justin Stanton and wife D'Anne, Jeffrey Rinehart and wife Ginger and Julie Rinehart and nine great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Jewell Everett Stanton; father, Frank James Tarr; mother, Nola Ruth Hardy Tarr; brother, Edward Monte Tarr and sister, Ruth Lorraine Dorfman.
