Donna V. Hicks

A Celebration of Life service for Donna V. Hicks, 62 of Corinth, MS, will be Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 2:30 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with interment to follow at Oak Hill Faulkner Family Cemetery. Bro. Billy Moody will officiate the service with Bro. David Bledsoe delivering the eulogy. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 5:00 P M to 8:00 P M and Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 12:30 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Masks are requested at both the visitation and the service. Mrs. Hicks passed away Monday, September 27, 2021 at her residence. She was born March 7, 1959 to John V. Faulkner and Helen Spencer Faulkner. She was employed with the United States Postal Service as a HCR postal driver for 31 years. She graduated from Kossuth High School in 1977 and was a member of the Church of God Union Assembly. Donna is survived by her husband of 43 years, Kenneth Ray Hicks of Corinth, MS; her daughter, Angel Bumpas (Bradley) of Corinth, MS; her son, Colton Hicks (Katelan) of Corinth, MS; 4 grandchildren, Katelyn Bumpas, Stetson Hicks, Colton Culwell and Will Culwell; her mother, Helen Faulkner of Corinth, MS,; favorite niece, Cheyenne Hughes (Dillon); special friend, Margie Hughes, other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her father, John V. Faulkner; her uncles and aunts, Braddie and Gladys Smith and Kelsie and Zettie Faulkner and her nephew, Wayne Null. Pallbearers will be Hunter Keith, Dillon Hughes, Sidney Latch, Ricky Gibens, Richard Clausel and Terence Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be past and present Wenasoga Volunteer Firemen. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Donna V. Hicks.
