Don Jose Jones

Don J. Jones, 84 of Corinth, MS, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Cornerstone Health and Rehab.  No services are planned at this time.  Mr. Jones was born July 16, 1939 in Tiptonville, TN to Vernon Waylon Jones and Ethel Chipman Jones.  He was a minister and attended Medlock Church in Ashland, MS.  He enjoyed fishing and hunting.  He loved woodworking, working on cars and tractors.  Don is survived by his wife of 68 years, Margaret Boyd Jones; his sons, David Jones and Don Jones (Sheri); five grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; his brothers, James Jones (Nancy), Vernon Jones, Jr. (Gloria), Robert Jones (Irma) and Vernon Jones IV; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.  He was preceded in death by his sons, Kenneth Jones, Rodrick Jones and Douglas Jones; his father, Vernon Jones; his mother, Ethel Chipman Jones; his brother, Mike Jones and his sister, Faye Brown.  Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. Don J.
