Dixie Masiers, 62, of Corinth, Mississippi, died Friday, February 27, 2015, at her residence. She was born on November 23, 1952. She was the owner and operator of Dixie’s Café in Chicago, IL. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 9 PM on Sunday, March 1, 2015 and from 12 noon until service time on Monday, March 2, 2015 at Magnolia Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM on Monday, March 2, 2015, at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, officiated by Bro. Charlie Browning. Interment will follow in P & P Cemetery. Pallbearers include Lenny Capps, Roger Wilson, Koty Dees, Lewis Ortiz, Buddy Bullington, Malone Hurt, Joe Miller and Benjamin Moreno. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Survivors include a son: Bobby Masiers of Indiana; a daughter: Tammy King of Corinth, MS; a brother: Roger Taylor of Iuka, MS; 6 sisters: Diana King of Rienzi, MS, Doloris Cznrnia of Iuka, MS, Linda Capps of Iuka, MS, Vivian Price of Pickwick, TN, Bonnie Patty Patrick of Corinth, MS and Theresa Bullington of Cleveland, TN; 5 grandchildren: Benjamin Moreno, Adam Moreno, Kassidy Dees, Koty Dees and Karlie Dees; 1 great grandchild: Benjamin Moreno Jr.; other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Phillip and Freda Taylor; a brother: Phillip Taylor Jr. and 2 sisters: Starlette Taylor and Crystal Miller.
