Dennis Hutcheson

Dennis Hutcheson, 65, of Reagan, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024, in Jackson, Tennessee.  The visitation will be on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, from 5-7 pm, at Magnolia Funeral Home EAST, and Thursday, January 11, 2024, from 12 noon until service time, at 2:00 pm at Magnolia Funeral Home EAST.  Burial will be at Hinkle Baptist Church Cemetery, Rienzi, MS.  Minister Barry Jones will officiate the service; Caitlin Hutcheson will deliver the eulogy and obituary, followed by remarks by Jacob Hutcheson.  He was born on December 31, 1958, in Corinth, Mississippi.  He was a retired supervisor with Butts Foods.  Dennis was a member of Plainview Church of Christ and enjoyed fishing, wood working, watching wrestling, and working on his land.  He was an avid animal lover and enjoyed playing the guitar. He is survived by his wife 30 years, Ginger Dodd Hutcheson; sons: Jacob Alan Hutcheson (Maggie), Jeromy  Wayne Swain, and Jason Braddy; daughters:  Serena Michelle Swain and Caitlin Rhea Hutcheson; brother: Carol Hutcheson; sisters:  Peggy Sue Bonds (James), Sarah Angelou (Chris) and Clara Jean Latch; grandchildren: Terrance Hutcheson, Tylar Hutcheson, Matthew Hutcheson, Candice Hutcheson, Summer Hutcheson, Nick Swain, Charli May Swain, Jackson Eugene Swain, Brielle Rae Webb, Braydon Isiah Cupples, and AnnaLee Le’Nae Shaw;  great-grandson: Karter Ray Hutcheson; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Dennis was preceded in death by: father, Ray Hutcheson, mother, Sue Jean Wardlow, son: Robert Ray Hutcheson, brothers: Bobby Ray Hutcheson and John Latch.  Pallbearers will be Caitlin Hutcheson, Candice Hutcheson, Summer Hutcheson, MacKenzie Hutcheson, Jacob Hutcheson, Jason Braddy, Seth Howell, William Graham, and Jeromy Swain.  Honorary pallbearers will be Nick Swain, Charli May Swain, Brielle Rae Webb and AnnaLee Shaw.
