Dennis Franklin Hopkins

A Celebration of Life service for Dennis Franklin Hopkins, 56 of Corinth, MS, will be Friday, July 20, 2018 at 3:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with interment to follow at Forrest Memorial Park. Bro. Frank Williams will officiate the service. Visitation will be Friday, July 20, 2018 from 1:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home. Mr. Hopkins passed away Monday, July 16, 2018 at his residence in Corinth. He was born October 29, 1961 in Corinth, MS to Robert and Johnny Dora Hudson Hopkins. He retired as a jogger at Halls of MS and was of the Baptist faith. Dennis is survived by his sisters, Johnnie Harvell and husband Frank of Corinth, MS, Deborah King and husband Wayne of Corinth, MS and Rebecca Hopkins of Corinth, MS; his uncles, Kenneth Hopkins (Margaret) and Larry Davis; his nieces and nephews, Scotty Mills (Clarissa), Kevin Harvell (Rosaline) Tyler Harvell (Sarah) Sagee Evetts (Shane), Jacob King, Jessica McCullar and Candlin Grimes: several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Hopkins; his mother Johnny Dora Hudson Hopkins; maternal grandparents, James and Estelle Whitfield and paternal grandparents, Arlie and Mae Hopkins. Pallbearers will be Scotty Mills, Kevin Harvell, Tyler Harvell, Kenner Mills and Jacob King. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. Dennis Franklin Hopkins.
