David Arthur Hickman

David "Tater Bug" Hickman, 86 of Corinth, MS, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020 at his residence. A private graveside service will be held Sunday, May 24, 2020 at Magnolia Gardens. Brian Hickman and John Stevens will officiate the service. Mr. Hickman was born April 2, 1934 in Lee County, MS to Arthur Hickman and Jewel Brock Hickman. He was a brick layer and attended Strickland Church of Christ. He served his country in the U S Army. David is survived by his wife, Quay Hickman of Corinth, MS; his daughters, Tracey Burcham and husband Jimmy of Corinth, MS and Pamela Gay Bailey and husband Jeff of Hernando, MS; two grandchildren, Erin Grace Bailey and Brandon Burcham (Teesha); three great grandchildren, Eva Burcham, Holden Burcham and Callen Burcham; his brothers, Kermit Hickman of Guin, AL and Ronnie Hickman of Ecru, MS; his sisters, Jane Swann of Northport, AL, Frances Hope Owen of Tupelo, MS, Dianne Willis (Hayden) of Tupelo, MS and Hilda Rose Hickman of Tupelo, MS; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Hickman; his mother, Jewel Brock Hickman and his brother, Jerry Hickman.
