Funeral services for David E. Goodman, 73 of Corinth are set for Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 11am at Magnolia Funeral Home – EAST with interment in Henry Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, August 8, 2024 from 10am -11am at Magnolia Funeral Home – EAST. Randy Satterfield will officiate the service. Born January 22, 1951, in Columbus, MS., David passed from this life on Monday, August 4, 2024 at his home. He worked for many years at Quebecor World and when they closed he went to work at Magnolia Regional Health Center where he retired as a dietary worker. David was of the Christian faith. He loved his family and taking care of them especially his wife and he enjoyed playing music, singing hymns but his passion was reading all kinds of books. David is survived by his wife of 50 years, Brenda Goodman; sons, David Brent Goodman, Michael Lynn Goodman and Richard Dale Goodman; his sister, Joy Annette Griffiths; 2 nieces, Pamela R. Shull (James) and Heather J. Griffiths; other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his father, David Earl Goodman, Sr.; mother, Joyce Walker; brother, Thomas Earl Goodman and sister, Rachel Evonne Goodman.
