Daniel Lewis “Danny” Wilbanks, 51, of Corinth, MS, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was born in Corinth, MS on February 6, 1969 to Troy D. and Barbara Wilbanks and graduated from Alcorn Central High School in 1988. He was a member of Kendrick Baptist Church and worked as a press operator in the printing industry. Danny will forever be remembered in the hearts of his family and friends. Visitation is scheduled from 5-9 pm Sunday, August 30, 2020 and from 12 Noon till service time Monday, August 31, 2020 at Kendrick Baptist Church. The family respectfully requests that masks and social distancing be adhered to. A Celebration of Life Service honoring Danny’s life will be held at 3 pm Monday, August 31, 2020 officiated by Bro. Zach Howell. The service will be broadcast on 90.3 FM which is available in the church parking lot. Pallbearers include Charles Wilbanks, Troy L. Wilbanks, Jacob Wilbanks, Levi Carman, Logan Wilbanks, and Seth Carman. Honorary pallbearers include Austyn Graham and a host of cousins. Interment will be in Kendrick Cemetery. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Danny’s memory include his wife of 32 years, Donna Kay Wilbanks of Corinth; his children, Kayla N. Wilbanks, Troy L. Wilbanks and wife Laken and Jacob Wilbanks and wife Kalee all of Corinth; his father, Troy D. Wilbanks of Corinth; his mother, Barbara Wilbanks of Corinth; his brother, Charles Wilbanks and wife Peggy of Corinth; his sister, Troice Carman and the late Nathan Carman; his grandchildren, Paige Csapo, Adalynn Graham, Austyn Graham, Oaklee Wilbanks, and Maddyx Wilbanks; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joe Daniel and Alice Wilbanks; his maternal grandparents, Lewis and Lucille Johnson; and his mother-in-law: Earline Elam.
