Celebration of Life services for Connie Ballard, 67 of Rienzi are set for Wednesday February 5,2025 at 4pm at Antioch Baptist Church # 2 396 CR 518 Rienzi MS 38865. Brother David George will officiate the service. Born February 3,1958 in Tippah County Ms. Mrs. Ballard passed away from this life on February 3,2025 at Tupelo Hospital. She retired in August from over 35 years as store manager of (Central Mini Mart/Exxon number 3/ BlueSky 703.) Connie was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Her favorite past time was spending time with family and anything to do with Grand kids and Great Grand kids. She enjoyed watching TV and tending to her Chickens. Connie is survived by her husband of 50 years, Charles Ballard; Sons, Charles Jr Ballard (Marissa) and Johnny Ballard (Misty): 5 grandchildren, Ashley Bray(Butch), Briana Pierce(Jake), Andrew Ballard, Abby Ballard, Grace Ballard; 4 Great grandchildren, Kyson Bray, Kyleigh Bray, Kypp Bray; River Pierce. Sisters; Nelda Hodum(Danny), Rhonda Garrett(Tim), Rita Downs ( Junior); and a host of nephews, family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Taylor Buchanan; Mother, Lila Buchanan and Sister Tammy Pannell. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to care for the family of Connie Ballard.
