Christa "Chris" Elaine Stevens

A celebration of life service for Christa “Chris” Elaine Stevens, 73, of Glen, MS will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, January 24, 2025, at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Bruce Underwood will officiate the service. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Friday, January 24, 2025, at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Chris was born in Wichita, KS on October 22, 1951, and passed away at her residence in Glen, MS on January 21, 2025. She was a dietary manager for many years at Whitfield Nursing home. She worked at Magnolia Hospital and the North Mississippi State Hospital as a cook and also volunteered at the soup kitchen with Tate Baptist Church. Chris loved her grandchildren, her fur babies, Gracie and Shadow, and enjoyed playing card games. Those left to honor her memory include her sons, Bryan Stevens (Laura), and Blane Stevens (Penny); daughter, Misty Lebischak (Jason); grandchildren, Alyssa Hope Lebischak, Lennon Lebischak, and Star Rodgers; brothers, William Carl Underwood, and Bruce Underwood; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Ray “Steve” Stevens; father, William Underwood; mother, Joan Smith Phillips; and sister, Nikkia Cato. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Christa “Chris” Elaine Stevens.
