Cheerful B. Bobo, 87, of Alcorn County, MS, died Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. Funeral services are set for 1:00 pm Monday, November 4, 2013 at Bethlehem Baptist Church with burial in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 5:00 pm -9:00pm at Bethlehem Baptist Church and Monday, November 4, 2013 from 12:00 noon until service time at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Bro. Trent Nethery and Bro. Ronald Wilbanks will officiate. Born March 25, 1926, Cheerful was a homemaker and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. She is survived by her 2 Sons, Pearl Bobo, Jr. of Alcorn County, MS; Perry W. Bobo (Pamela) of Corinth, MS; 2 Daughters: Gerthel B. Mixon (Jessie) Alcorn County, MS; Dorthy Rhoda (Don) of Hernando, MS; 7 Grandchildren: Donna Nivens; Don Wayne Rhoda; Karen Doles; Jessica Drewery; Brandon Bobo; Brandie Bobo; Chris Bobo; 12 Great-Grandchildren; 4 Sisters: Angel McMahon of Alcorn County, MS; Joyce Crum of Alcorn County, MS; Melba Talley of Alcorn County, MS; Ann Bright of Alcorn County, MS; Brother: Paul Bright of Alcorn County, MS and other relatives and a host of friends. Pallbearers will be Chris Bobo, Brandon Bobo, Don Wayne Rhoda, James Talley, Jimmy Tate Waldon, James Smith and Honorary Pallbearer,Larry Crum. She was preceded in death by Husband of 61 Years,Pearl Bobo; Father, Caleb Fred Bright; Mother, Elmer Crum Bright; 2 Brothers, Hoover Bright, Harold Bright; and 3 Sisters, Elvie Crum, Earlene Bright, and Verdie Nelson.
