Funeral services for Charlotte "Charlie" Ann Vandergriff, 55, of Rienzi are set for 3:30 pm Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Burial will be in Jacobs Chapel Cemetery in Ripley, MS. Bro. Jerry Ginn will officiate the service. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 3, 2017 from 1:30pm-3:30 pm at Magnolia Funeral Home. Charlie passed away on April 27, 2017 at Magnolia Regional Health Center following an automobile accident. Born October 26, 1961, she was a homemaker. Charlie is survived by her husband, Brian Modlin of Rienzi, MS; her mother, Esther Vuncannon of Belmont, MS; her brothers, Sammy Smith of Ripley, MS and Mike Surratt of Belmont, MS; her sisters, Teresa McKinney and husband Russ Carpenter of Fulton, MS and Paula Tindle and husband Robert of Golden, MS; several nieces, nephews , other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Bobby Neal Smith and her sister, Sherra Lynn Smith. Pallbearers will be Rusty Tindle, Cody Smith, Wayne Jones, Danny Austin, Gerald Austin and Danny Austin.
