Funeral service for Charles Robert Stevens, 82 of Glen are set for Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home with Masonic Rites and burial in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home. Born September 23, 1934 in Corinth, MS, Charles was a retired machine operator for Tyrone Hydraulics. He was of the Methodist faith and a member of the Masonic Lodge #116. Charles is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Cole and husband Ricky of Glen; 2 grandsons, Joshua Cole and Jordan Cole; brother, Elbert Ray Stevens and wife Chris of Glen; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. he is preceded in death by his wife of 38 years, Bonnie Stevens; grandson, Jacob Cole; father, Elbert Lee Stevens; mother, Lucille Morrow Stevens; sisters, Mildred Sue Burcham and Shirley Mae Stevens; half sister, Martha Britton and a half brother, C. L. Stevens. Bro. Alan Parker will officiate the service. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Charles Robert Stevens.
