Funeral services for Mr. Charles Tommy Haney, 65, are scheduled for Sunday, November 6, 2016, at 2:00 P.M. at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with burial to follow at Henry Cemetery. Charlie Browning will be officiating the service. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 6, 2016, prior to service. Mr. Haney passed away on Friday, November 4, 2016, at Mississippi Care Center in Corinth, MS. Born on December 3, 1950, he was a retired worker for the Street Department for the City of Corinth. He was of the Baptist Faith. He loved fishing, hanging out with Bobby his buddy, going to flea markets and working for the street department. He is survived by his daughters, Tonya Cotner and husband Jim of Corinth, and Brandy Carter of Walnut; son, Chad Haney of Walnut and Step-Son Brandon Bingham and wife Haley of Corinth; five grandchildren, Katie Cotner, Ally Cotner, Callie Grace Bingham, Cody Johnson, and Lexie Haney; one sister, Mary Thrasher of Corinth; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanie Haney, his father, Charles H. Haney, his mother, Charlene Keeton Tidwell, and his brother-in-law, Bobby Thrasher.
