Biographical Information Date of Birth: October 11, 1933 Employment/Occupation: He retired from the Alcorn County School system where he worked at Kossuth High School as the Building and Grounds Maintenance Supervisor and drove a bus for 30 years. Mr. Talley served as music director at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Tippah County, where his twin brother, Rev. Harold C. “ H. C.” Talley served as pastor. He then followed his father Rev. C. W. Talley as pastor of Juliette Independent Missionary Baptist Church for 7 years. Rev. Carrol Talley retired from his pastoral duties at Brush Creek Baptist Church after 18 years of service on August 10, 2014.
