Carolyn Weatherford Little

Carolyn Weatherford Little went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on September 6, 2014 (one day shy of her 80th birthday), in Corinth, MS after an extended illness. She was born on September 7, 1934 in Clinton, Kentucky to Turner and Lillian Weatherford. She was a graduate of Central High School in Clinton. She was preceded in death by her husband James Little, her parents, her brothers Walter Weatherford, Mau-rice Weatherford and Bill Weatherford and her sisters Kay Terry, Cressie Hicks, Hazel Leath, Ida Arnette, Christine Lane and Nada Hewitt. She is survived by her sons Phil Little (Vickie) of Corinth and Jeff Little (Melanie) of Germantown, TN, her grandchildren Lauren Butler (Andy) of Corinth, Lacey Moody (Sam) of Memphis, TN, Leslie Fisher (Peter) of Greenville, MS and Maggie Little of Germantown and two great grandchil-dren. She was also survived by a very special niece, Sue Phillips of Roswell, GA. Visitation is Wednesday September 10, from 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with ser-vice to follow at Magnolia Funeral Home in Corinth, MS. There will be a private burial on Thursday September 11, at Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis, TN.
