Funeral services for Brian Wade Parker, 59 of Corinth is set for Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home- EAST with interment in Henry Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from 5pm-8:30pm and Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 12pm-2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home – EAST. Rev. Nelson Hight and Bro. Donnie Waldrop will officiate the service with Scott Johnson will deliver the eulogy. Pallbearers will be Scott Johnson, Eli Johnson, Ronnie Seawright, David Darwin, David Lutz and Joey Edmondson. Born September 15, 1965 in Corinth, Brian passed from this life on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Baptist Memorial Hospital East in Memphis. He was a retired machine operator/mechanic for World Color. He was of the Baptist faith and he and his wife attended Church of the Crossroads. Brian was a man of true integrity, family protector, and advice giver. He always cared for others, putting his own needs last. He made sure his girls were taken care of before anything else. Brian was full of wisdom and often shared it with others. He had a heart of gold, the best laugh and hugs. His family was his pride and joy. He will easily be remembered for his kindness, thoughtfulness, patience, giving spirit and grateful attitude. He was also a strong man and fought his hardest through his sicknesses over the years. Brian loved bass fishing, even fishing professionally for several years with much success. He also loved deer hunting and watching down on the farm. It brought him much enjoyment. He also enjoyed planting and tending to his walnut trees on the farm. He had a green thumb and could make anything grow. He loved seeing the fruit of his labor. Taking care of and training his dogs, Sophie and Ruger was a passion for him. He faced significant challenges with bravery and resilience, drawing on his own inner strength and the love and support of his family during his illness. Brian is survived by his wife of 25 years, Tracy Parker; daughters, Chelsey Parker and fiancée, Tara Shearer and Lakelyn Parker and fiancé, Hunter Hughes; sister-in-law, Cindy Schroeder; brother-in-law, David Lutz (Jackie); mother-in-law, Kathy Lutz; aunts and uncles, Joan Isbell (Junior), Patsy Hopkins, Margaret Fiveash, Carlean Parker, James Fiveash (Donna) and Robin Parker; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his son, Logan Parker; father, Roger Parker; brother-in-law, Larry Schroeder; his father-in-law, Dave Lutz and his uncles, J. C Parker, David Parker, Greg Hopkins and James Fiveash. The family would like to express a heartfelt thanks to the staff of both Magnolia Regional Health Care and Baptist Memorial Hospital East. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored top serve the family of Mr. Brian Wade Parker.
