Memorial services for Brenda Joyce Vandiver, 61 of Corinth are set Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 6:00pm. Visitation will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 5:00pm until 6:00pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Vandiver passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. She was born July 12, 1955 in Gary, Indiana. Brenda was a homemaker whom loved the outdoors, riding horses, taking care of her animals, going on special outings with her sisters and getting together with her family and friends. She was of the Christian faith. Brenda is survived by her son, Danny Wayne Trantham and wife Susan of Corinth; daughter, Dawonia Moore and husband Brad of Michie, TN; grandchildren, Kristin Rencher and husband Colby, Karen Strickland and husband Briley, Gracie Moore, Molly Moore, Tyler Trantham, Taylor Trantham and Savannah Banks and husband Jason; great grandchildren, Liam Strickland, Ivy Banks and Clover Banks; brother, Michael Chamblee of Corinth; sisters, Diane Sims and husband Jesse of Corinth, Sondra Dowd of Corinth, Rhonda Baswell of Corinth, Brenda Spencer and Gloria Hood; special friend of 17 years, Frankie Holbrook of Corinth; a dear friend, Sarah Stearns; other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Marvin Earl Chamblee; mother, Vela Mae Chamblee; brothers, Ronald Chamblee and Marvin Earl Chamblee, Jr.; sisters, Angela Rorie and Teresa Chamblee; maternal grandparents, Jessie Austin and Lessie Null Austin and paternal grandparents, Cassey Chamblee and Blanche Boyles Chamblee.
