Brenda Sue Triplett

A Celebration of Life service for Brenda Sue Triplett, 76 of Corinth, MS, will be Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 4:00 P M at Greater Life Pentecostal Church with interment to follow at Christ Gospel Church Cemetery in Jacinto, MS. Visitation will be Friday, September 28, 2018 from 5:00 P M to 9:00 P M and Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 12:00 noon until service time at Greater Life Pentecostal Church. Rev. Tommy Callahan, Bro. Joey Burcham and Minister Rusty Hills will officiate the service. Mrs. Triplett passed away Monday, September 24, 2018 at her residence. She was born July 4, 1942 in Corinth, MS to Gilbert Columbus Jones and Vivian Jenette Wardlow Jones. She was a sewing machine operator and was of the Christian faith. Brenda is survived by her husband, Gary Triplett of Corinth, MS; her sons, Joey Burcham (Belinda) of Corinth, MS, Tom Burcham (Heather) of Corinth, MS, Doyal Abbott (Brenda) of Union Grove, WI, Chris Braley (Amy) of Corinth, MS and James Triplett (Sofia) of Tupelo, MS; her daughter, Tina Hamlin of Corinth, MS; 24 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; her brothers, J.C. Easter of Corinth, MS; Bernard "Buddy" Jones (Roma) of Henderson, NC and Jerry Jones (Judy) of Forrest City, NC; sisters, Elsie Clark of Corinth, MS and Shelby Page of Bethel Springs, TN; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her father Gilbert Columbus Jones; her mother, Vivian Jenette Wardlow Jones; her brothers, Leslie Earl Jones, Perry Floyd Jones, Wesley Jones and Raymond Jones; her sister, Wanda Williams and 2 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Sgt. Dena Triplett, Spc. Bryon Barkes, Hunter Barkes, Austin Burcham, T.J. Burcham, Skyler Hamlin and Chaz Burcham. Honorary pallbearers will be Kyle Abbott, Ethan Hogue, Logan Abbott and Cason Hogue. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Brenda Sue Triplett.
