A Celebration of Life service for Braxton Eugene Bragg, 83 of Corinth is set for Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 2:00pm at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church with interment in Wheeler Grove Cemetery with Military Honors. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church. Born April 29, 1936 in Corinth, MS, Braxton passed away at his home on Sunday, October 20, 2019. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed working and watching The Cardinals play baseball. He is of the Baptist faith and a member of Wheeler Grove Baptist Church. Braxton is survived by wife of 58 years, Brenda Benjamin Bragg of Corinth; son, Kevin Bragg and wife Jamey of Corinth; daughter, Sylvia Thomas and husband Jackie of Baldwyn, MS; 4 grandchildren, Julie Clark and husband Cary, Jayla Bullard and husband Brad, Samuel Bragg and wife Caty and Seth Bragg and wife Kayce; 6 great grandchildren, Jacie Stowers, Destiny Bullard, Asher Bullard, Case Clark, Jaxx Clark and Haze Clark; sisters, Barbara Gaylean of Huntsville, AL and Sue Meeks and husband Danny of Corinth; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his father, J.L. Bragg; mother, Edith Parvin Bragg and his brothers, Ray Bragg and Donnie Bragg. Pallbearers will be Lee Bo Wilhite, Brett Benjamin, Scott Benjamin, Gerald Parks, Eric Bragg, Daryl Bragg, Brad Bragg, Bruce Bragg, Terry Dalton and Clint Wilhite. Honorary Pallbearers will be the employees of Alcorn Building Supply. Bro. Shane Evetts will officiate the service. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Braxton Eugene Bragg.
