Brandon Wyatt Brawner

A Celebration of Life service for Brandon Wyatt Brawner, 71 of Corinth, MS, will be Monday, January 28, 2019 at 11:00 A M at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with interment to follow at Brawner Family Cemetery @ Wheeler Grove Baptist Church. Bro. Keith Fields will officiate the service and Jerry Brawner will deliver the eulogy. Visitation will be Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 5:30 P M to 8:30 P M and Monday, January 28, 2019 from 10:00 A M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home. Mr. Brawner passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019 at his residence in Corinth, MS. He was born March 4, 1947 in Kossuth, MS to Rufus Brawner and Rachel Virginia Shields Brawner. He was of the Baptist faith. He served his country in the Air Force during the Vietnam Era and was a member of the American Legion. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his grandchildren and watching his grandsons play baseball. Brandon is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sandra Coln Brawner of Corinth, MS; his son, Brandon "Brad" Wyatt Brawner, Jr. and wife Ramona of Oxford, MS; his daughter, Rachel Brawner Shaw of Corinth, MS; three grandchildren, Hunter Scott Shaw, Chase Brawner Shaw and Bell Wyatt Brawner; his sister, Linda Gifford and husband Jerry of Corinth, MS; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Rufus Brawner, mother, Rachel Virginia Shields Brawner; his brothers, Forrest Brawner and Joey Brawner and his sister, Sharon Bavloskey. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. Brandon Wyatt Brawner.
