Bobby Joe Wilbanks

Bobby Joe Wilbanks passed away Thursday, November 11, 2010 at his residence in Walnut, MS at the age of 72. He was born October 31, 1938 to the late K.C. & Lela Gates Wilbanks. He was a retired self employed construction worker and roofer and He was of the Pentecostal faith. He was a loving and devoted Husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He loved spending time with his family and friends especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed hunting , fishing and playing the guitar. He is survived by his Wife of 50 years: Dorothy Wilbanks - Walnut Daughters: Sherilyn Wardlow and husband Johnny Carl – Pocahontas, TN; Tanya Hopper and husband Greg – Walnut, MS 4 Grandchildren – Billy Carter, Jr. and wife Nicole, Brandy Luna and husband Jeremy, Timothy Hopper, Hanna Hopper 3 Great Grandchildren: Zadie Luna, Preston Luna, Madilyn Carter Daughter-in-law: Paula Wilbanks Devore – Walnut, MS Brothers: Charles Wilbanks and wife Linda- Kossuth, MS; Billy Kyle Wilbanks and wife Dimple – Walnut, MS; Anthony Wilbanks- Walnut, MS Sisters: Billie Sue Flake and husband J. G. – Walnut, MS; Jeannie Dixon and husband Bro.
