Bobby Joe Voyles

Bobby Joe Voyles, 77, of Corinth, MS, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2019 at North Mississippi Medical Center - Tupelo. He was born in Corinth, MS on March 3, 1942 to the late G. B. and Shirley Rast Voyles. He served as a US Army Veteran, retired with over 30 years of service with Packaging Corp of America in Counce, and was a longtime member of East Corinth Baptist Church. Bobby will forever be remembered in the hearts of his family and friends. Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 pm Thursday, April 11, 2019 and from 1 pm till service time Friday, April 12, 2019 at Magnolia Funeral Home. A celebration of Bobby’s life with military honors will be held at 2 pm Friday, April 12, 2019 at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories officiated by Rev. Ralph Culp. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Bobby’s memory include his son: Michael J. Voyles of Iuka; his stepson: Rooster; his brother: John B. Voyles (Myra) of Sturbridge, MA; his sister: Peggy Voyles Wilbanks of Corinth; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his wife: Kathryn Barnes Voyles; his parents: G.B. and Shirley Rast Voyles; and by his brother: Scotty Voyles.
