Bobby Wayne Settlemires

A celebration of life service for Bobby W. Settlemires, 85, of Corinth, MS will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at Pleasant Hill Pentecostal Church with interment in Pleasant Hill Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Dewayne Kirk and Rev. Tony Kirk will officiate the service. Visitation is scheduled from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at Pleasant Hill Pentecostal Church. Bobby was born August 6, 1938, to the late Richard and Nannie Hodum Settlemires, and passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was a business owner and a member of Pleasant Hill Pentecostal Church. He enjoyed watching sports and wrestling, visiting with family and friends, and was an avid dog lover. Those left to honor Bobby’s memory include his daughter, Sandra Sears & husband Grant; grandchildren, Jessica Edmonds, Kelsey White, and Terry Martindale; great grandchildren, Jayla White, and Jackie Martindale; stepdaughter, Christie Martindale; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Bobbie Settlemires; second wife, Wanda Settlemires; brothers, Dewey Settlemires, Grady Settlemires, Deedie Settlemires, and Bo Settlemires, and his sisters, Minnie Settlemires, Mattie Forsythe, and Edna Harris.
