Bobby Noel Hill

Bobby Noel Hill, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at the Villages, Florida. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 @ 11:00am at Magnolia Funeral Home in Corinth, MS. Visitation will be Friday, December 7, 2012 from 5:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday, December 8, 2012 from 10:00am until service time at the funeral home. Charlie Browning will officiate and burial will follow in Vanderford Cemetery. Mr. Hill was born March 18, 1931 in Lafayette County, Mississippi. He was a retired U. S. Air Force veteran with 26 years of service, who retired as a SM Sgt. (E8)serving throughout the United States and overseas in Southeast Asia, Africa, Canada and the Caribbean. He also worked in security at ITT for a number of years after his retirement from the Air Force. Bobby Noel Hill devoted his life to serving God, Family and Country and after his retirement to helping his community be a better place to live. Surviors include his sons, Michael K. Hill and wife Jenny- The Villages, FL; Steven L. Hill and wife Vonda Lyn- Wetumpka, Al; his grandchildren, James Steven Hamilton, Jennifer Lois Hamilton and Joshua Scott Hill and wife Anna; his great grandchildren, Chase Tucker Hamilton and James Steven Hamilton II; one brother, Jerry Wayne Hill- Coloma, MI; a sister-in-law, Mariyln Vanderford - Corinth, MS; Nieces, Charlotte Vanderford King and husband Paul - Cornth, MS; Patty Hill Jamison and Sharon Hill and and great niece, Lanie King. He is preceded in death by his wife of 45 years: Bobbie Sue Vanderford Hill; his father, Herbert Chester Hill;his mother,Thelma Faust Hill Griffin; one brother, Herbert Dean Hill; a brother-in-law, Rev. Jimmy Ray Vanderford; a sister-in-law, Audry Hill and a nephew, Wayne Hill. Pallbearers will the Veterans and Family Honor Corp.
