A Celebration of Life Service for Bobbie Franks, 90 of Corinth, MS, will be Sunday, October, 13, 2024 at 2:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with interment to follow in Henry Cemetery. Bro. Ray Bennett will officiate the service with Drew Mitchell delivering the eulogy. Visitation will be Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 5:00 P M to 8:00 P M and Sunday, October 13, 2024 from 1:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Mrs. Franks passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at her residence. She was born December 5, 1933 in Corinth, MS to Baxter Jones and Ruby Sweat Jones. She was the owner of Franks Grocery and a member of Wheeler Grove Baptist Church. She loved shopping with her sisters and taking care of her grandchildren. She enjoyed being with all of her family. Bobbie is survived by her son, Kenny Franks; her daughter, Cindy Mitchell (Greg); four grandchildren, Justin Franks, Christy Franks, Jake Mitchell and fiance Whitney and Drew Mitchell (Olivia); four great grandchildren, Hunter LaFever (Taylor), Dakota Lowery, Kattie Drew Mitchell and Martha Ruth Mitchell; six great great-grandchildren; her sister, Carolyn Walker; her sister-in-law, Jean Jones; her brothers-in-law, Bobby Franks and Cray Franks; her sitter, Carolyn Hearn; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herschel Franks; her father, Baxter Jones; her mother, Ruby Sweat Jones; her brother, Hoyle Ray Jones and her sister, Martha Jones. Pallbearers will be Greg Walker, Justin Franks, Drew Mitchell, Jake Mitchell, Hunter LaFever and Dakota Lowery. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Bobbie Franks.
