Betty Short

A Celebration of life for Betty Short, 70, of Corinth, MS, is scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, January 12, 2024 at Magnolia Funeral Home - East.  Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Friday, January 12, 2024 at Magnolia Funeral Home - East with interment in Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery. Bro. Rodney Whittemore will officiate the service. Betty was born June 20, 1953 in Tippah County, MS to the late Alford Vincent and Lizzie Box Brock. Those left to honor her memory include her husband of 48 years, David Short; brothers, Danny Brock and James Brock; sisters,  Annie Ruth Studdard and Nettie Sue Rainey; other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alford Vincent Brock and Lizzie Box Brock. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Betty Short.
