Betty Joan Bullard

Betty Joan Bullard, 82, of Corinth, MS, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2016, at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born in Corinth, MS on December 17, 1933 to the late Larry Hill and Ruby Turner Essary. Betty was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church and worked at several local businesses including Win Way Dollar Store, ALCO and Corinth Dry Cleaners. Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 PM Saturday, February 13, 2016 and from 1 PM till service time Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Magnolia Funeral Home. A celebration of Betty's life will be held on Sunday, February 14 , 2016 at 2 PM at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories officiated by Bro. James Hardin and Bro. Charlie Martin. Interment will follow at Hubbard-Salem Cemetery. Pallbearers include Randy Allen, David Bass, Chris Essary, Wes Bullard, Ronnie Essary, Jeff Patterson. Magnolia Funeral Home is caring for the family. Those left to honor Betty's memory include her sons: Harold Bullard and wife Mala of Corinth and Greg Bullard and wife Cindi of Corinth; a step-son: J.C. Hall and wife Mary of Rienzi, MS; a brother: James Larry Essary and wife Norma of Corinth; her sisters: Jo Hindman and husband Wayne, Cosette Hardin and husband James and Judy Hughes and husband Ray all of Corinth; her grandchildren: Rebecca Bullard, Brandilyn Davis and husband Brian, Chad Lawson and wife Amy, Wes Bullard, Brad Bullard and wife Jayla; her step-grandchildren: Ronda Lane Moon and husband Darrell and Rhonda Hall; 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her 1st husband: Odie W.
