A Celebration of Life service for Barry Bernard Cooley, 60 of D'lberville, MS, is set for Monday, January 29, 2018 at 11:00am at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with burial in Forrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 5:00pm -8:00pm and Monday, January 29, 2018 from 10:00am until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home. Born February 4, 1957 in Baldwyn, MS , Barry worked in the merchandising executive department of Home Depot and was a member of Big Ridge Baptist Church. He passed away Thursday, January 25, 2018 at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS after a brief illness. Barry is survived by his wife of 31 years, Sherry Cooley of D'lberville, MS; son, Seth Cooley of D'lberville, MS ; father, Larry Cooley and wife Nancy Roberts of Glen; sister, Brenda Gail Stephens - Counce, TN and Melissa Cooley Colgrove and husband Don Alan - Seagrove Beach, FL; mother-in-law; Barbara Phillips - Biloxi, MS; brothers-in-law, Albert Phillips - Burnsville and Dale Phillips and wife Phyllis - Burnsville :nephews, David Michael Cain, Alan Blake Colgrove and wife Maria Nicole and Addison Ryan Colgrove; nieces, Shannon Rowland and husband Austin and Alyson Woodruff and husband Shane; great niece, Hannah Grace Colgrove; other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Gullett Cooley and father-in-law: Joseph Phillips. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Derrick, Brandon Derrick, Adam Ellsworth, Brian Hudson, Wesley Kennedy and Jeff Kennedy. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Kennedy, Steve Moore, Terry Lamey and Derek Watson. Bro. Edwin Kennedy will officiate the service.
