Barry "Butch" Lewis Fowler

A Celebration of Life Service for Barry “Butch” Lewis Fowler, Sr., 78 of Corinth, MS, will be Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 2:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home – South Chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens.  Visitation will be Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 12:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – South.  Rev. Dewayne Kirk will officiate the service.  Mr. Fowler passed away Thursday, January 26, 2023 at his residence.  He was born March 14, 1944 in Wynne, Arkansas to Arthur Fowler and Merle Davis Fowler.  He was shipping supervisor for Blazon Tube Trucking Company and was of the Pentecostal faith.  He was a 1963 graduate of Parkin High School in Arkansas.  Butch was an avid MS State fan and enjoyed watching all their sports.  He enjoyed fishing, camping, watching Gunsmoke and spending time with his family.  He loved going to church and listening to gospel music.  He was a man of true faith.  Butch is survived by his sons, Barry Fowler of Arkansas and Don Anthony Fowler of Arkansas; adopted son, Bradley Fowler of Corinth, MS; his daughters, Derinda Nunley and husband David of Corinth, MS and Melissa Hankins and husband Joseph of Booneville, MS; his grandson, Jacob Nunley; three great grandchildren, Alisa Kate, Kyrstin and Kimberly; his brothers, Johnny Fowler and wife Sharron of Atlanta, GA, Kenny Fowler and wife Lavern of West Point, MS and Tim Fowler and wife Ginger of West Point, MS; his sisters, Debbie Hinshaw and husband Kenny of West Point, MS, Kay Hreha of Caledonia, MS and Becky Brabham of Muldon, MS; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Loretta Ann Fowler; his daughter, Annetta Fowler; his father, Arthur Fowler and his mother, Merle Davis Fowler.   Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. Barry “Butch” Lewis Fowler.
