Barrion Morelock

A celebration of life for Barrion Junior Morelock, 81 of Corinth is set for Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home – SOUTH with interment in Hinkle Cemetery. Visitation will be  Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 12pm-2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home – SOUTH.  Bro. Steve Leggett and Bro. Raybon Richardson will officiate the service. MASK ARE REQUIRED!!  Pallbearers will be Bradley Morelock, Wesley Morelock, Nathan Morelock, Jon Huddleston, Jeff Morelock and Steve Morelock. Honorary pallbearers will be Andrea Huddleston, Charles Tidwell, James Parvin and Gene Wilkins. Born July 3, 1940 in Alcorn County, MS, Barrion passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. He is a member of First Church of the Lord Jesus Christ and a retired carpenter. Barrion loved his family and friends and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Barrion is survived by the love of his life and wife of 61.5 years, Mary Morelock; sons , Darron Morelock (Debora) and Greg Morelock (Tracy); 5 grandchildren, Andrea Huddleston (Jon), Bradley Morelock (Chelsea), Wesley Morelock (Taylor), Nathan Morelock (Amanda) and Kristen Jackson; 10 great grandchildren, Landon, Hadley, Brooks, and Parker Huddleston, Ryder and Griffin Morelock, Adi Morelock, Millie and Ridge Morelock and Olivia Seymore; sisters-in-law, Eunice Morelock, Laverne Leggett and Betty Hughes; brother-in-law, James Parvin; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Harry Morelock; mother, Gladys Morelock; and brothers, Howard Morelock, Howell Morelock and O’Neal Morelock. Magnolia Funeral Home has been  honored to serve the family of Mr. Barrion Junior Morelock.
