Funeral services for Barbara Ann Fugitt, 73 of Iuka are set for Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home - EAST with interment in Fairview Community Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 21, 2025 from 12pm-2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home - EAST. Pastor Blake Hatfield will officiate the service. Born November 18, 1951 in Memphis, TN., Mrs. Fugitt passed from this life on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at her home in Iuka. She was a retired mail carrier for the US Postal Service with 25 years of service. Barbara was of the Christian faith. She loved her family and spending time with them, she enjoyed line dancing, Bop Club dancing, gardening, birdwatching, and taking care of her flowers. She also enjoyed traveling, boating and taking care of her cats. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Shelley Fugitt; her grandson, Julian Ray Fugitt; her brothers, Ronnie Hathcock (Bonnie), Neil McNair, Curtis McNair, David McNair and Wylie McNair (Debra); her half-brothers, Alan Woods, Gary Pearson, Randy Pearson and Millard Pearson; half-sisters, Audrey Parrish and Caroline Pearson; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and host of friends. She is preceded in death by her son, Terry Ray Fugitt; her biological parents, Neil and Annie McNair and those she was lovingly raised by Wylie and Betty McNair; and the father of her children, Larry Fugitt. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Barbara Ann Fugitt.
