Barbara Elizabeth Bain

Barbara Elizabeth Bain, 78, of Glen, MS passed away on Friday, December 22, 2017 at her residence. She was born in White Lake, Wisconsin on June 24, 1939 to the late William and Josephine Ramey Swim. She will forever be remembered in the hearts of her family and friends. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Barbara's memory include her sons: Richard Allen and wife Diane of Corinth, MS, Joseph Bain of Glen, MS, William Bain and wife Rebecca of Corinth, MS and Wilford Bain of Booneville, MS; her daughters: Angel Holstein and husband Keith of Corinth, MS and Heather Dominguez and husband Cesar of Glen, MS; 9 grandchildren: Amy Stutts and husband Jimmy, Brittany Richardson and husband Cody, Brandon Bain, Katrina Holstein, Jared Holstein, Devin White, Matthew White, Amanda Burcham and husband Clifford and Levi Burcham; 9 great-grandchildren; her brother: Bud Swim of AR; her sisters: Myrt Rich of WI and Millie Hall of AL; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. In addition to her parents Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years: Wilburn Bain; her daughters: Jennifer Dianne Bain and Cynthia Faye Bain; her granddaughter: Jessica Raye Bain; her brothers: Omer Swim, Gary Swim, Mick Swim, Art Swim and Bill Swim; her sisters: Pearl Delrymple, Dorothy Bontrager, Faye Richter and Bea Ruth. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
