Anthony "Bump" Bumpas

Funeral services for Troy Anthony "Bump" Bumpas , 50 of Corinth, are set for Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 2:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with burial in Henry Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, February 11, 2017 from 12:00 noon until service time at the funeral home. “Bump” was born on June 3, 1966 in Corinth, MS to Wayne and Ginna Bumpas. He was a 1984 graduate of Corinth High School and earned his Associates Degree from the Colorado Aeronautical College in Broomfield, CO. He was devoted husband to his wife of 22 years, Kristy, and loving father to his two daughters. He enjoyed playing golf and was a talented guitar player. “Bump” will be forever remembered by his many friends and family for his big heart and eccentric life. He is of the Baptist Faith. Serving as pallbearers will be Jim Bumpas, Brandon Bingham, Jack Yarber, Danny Yarber, Bradley Bumpas and Scott Bumpas. Survivors include his wife of 22years, Kristy Hale Bumpas of Corinth; Daughters, Ginna Kate Bumpas and Bella Grace Bumpas both of Corinth; parents, Wayne and Ginna Bumpas of Corinth; brother, Stan Bumpas of Corinth; one niece, five nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Anthony is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bruce and Effie Butler and his paternal grandparents, Troy and Ruby Bumpas. Bro. Scott Rogers and Bro. Johnny Wagnon will officiate the service. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to St. Jude. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Troy Anthony "Bump" Bumpas.
