Anne Maureen Brant

CORINTH-Anne Maureen Stroud Brant, 68, died Friday November 2, 2012, at her home. Born August 9, 1944, in Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia to Dixie Waymon Stroud and Kathleen Mary Ellen Hagarty Stroud. She was a retired Family Nurse Practioner having practiced in Booneville, MS and in Corinth, MS for 16 years. She not only nurtured her patients physically, but also spiritually. She enjoyed being with her children and grandchildren. She was a devout Christian and touched many lives through her gift of poetry. Visitation will be held 5:00pm-7:30 pm Wednesday November 7, 2012 and Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 1:00pm till service time at Magnolia Funeral Home in Corinth, MS. Services will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday November 8, 2012 at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. She was survived by her mother, Mary Stroud of Corinth, MS,; one sister Vicky Rudolph and husband Phillip Rudolph of Irving, TX.; Her Husband, Robert Brant of Corinth, MS.; Two sons, Michael Darley of Corinth, MS.; Joel Cottrell and wife Natashya Cottrell of Corinth, MS.; two daughters Rachel Carter of Corinth, MS.; and Anna Crowley and husband Robert Crowley of Middleton ,TN. She was also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
