Anita LeFay Hopkins

Anita LeFay Hopkins, 48, of Middleton, TN, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital. She was born in Ripley, MS on January 25, 1971 to Patricia Wilena Bennett Bonee and the late Joseph William Bonee, Jr. Anita was of the Christian faith and was employed as a registered nurse with the Hardeman County Correctional Facility. She will forever be remembered in the hearts of her family and friends. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. A memorial visitation is scheduled from 2-5 pm Sunday, January 19, 2020 with a memorial celebration of Anita’s life at 5 pm Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Campground Methodist Church in Walnut, MS. Those left to honor Anita’s memory include her husband: Chris Hopkins of Middleton, TN; her daughters: Jenise Robinson of Kossuth and Jenna Smith and husband Tyler of Walnut; her grandchildren: Zayden Robinson, Jayden Robinson, Tatum Smith, and Kohen Smith; her mother: Patricia Wilena Bennett Bonee of Walnut; her brothers: Bradley Bonee of Walnut, Joe Bonee and Johnny Bonee both of Savannah, TN; her sister: Denise Null and husband Teddy of Corinth; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
